We take pride and joy in each of our hand-poured products. Each of our products are treated special to make them the very best possible for you, your home, and your loved ones. We want you to have that same experience with our Scentsationz, and we want to make sure you are happy and well taken care of.
All sales are final excluding products that may be damaged or defective.
Should any of your Scentsationz come damaged or broken, please contact us at email@example.com with photo proof.
After you send us an email to notify us, we will proceed with one of the below options:
- Exchange: We will replace any defective merchandise after receiving images of poor candle performance within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. We will replace your candle upon approval of images sent.
- Full Refund: Upon approval of received images sent of candles, if you would like to proceed with a refund, we will refund your paid amount through the same original payment method or issue a store credit.
Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed.
